Dear family, friends and other guests: Thank you for visiting our condo at Jade Beach East. We hope you enjoy it as your own. There is a strict policy of only 4 overnight individuals in our two bedroom condo. Please complete the following information prior to your arrival. Upon completion, you will receive the written instructions to help navigate our condo as well as the community rules and regulations. Any paid lessee/renters (not family and friends) are subject to a criminal background check, credit score of at least 700, and interview with the Jade Beach Villas East board of directors.
