Prospective renters are required to pay a non-refundable $150 application fee to the Jade Beach Villas Association, Inc. You must be approved by the JBVA, Inc. prior to occupancy.

Family and close friends often use our condo so availability is very limited. We are NOT a high turnover AirBnb style community. For convenience, our condo is listed on AirBnb.

Discounts for off-season and long term seasonal commitments are available. We welcome traveling nurses and corporate relocation opportunities. All renters are subject to a background check and approval by the Jade Beach Association.
