This is the initial application for leasing our condo. Once you've completed this information for us, we will meet with our Board of Directors at Jade Beach to discuss the next steps. The association rules state that all guests are subject to verification, criminal background check, and interview with a board member to qualify for temporary residence. Prospective renters are also required to complete the association lease application.
